How do I know if I need counselling?
Only you can decide whether you would like to try counselling, but if you are experiencing any of the following:
- problems with family or relationships
- difficulties at work
- feelings of hopelessness
- recurrent anxiety or low mood
- trouble controlling anger
- a need for self-development
- loss and bereavement
— then counselling may be of help to you through the provision of a sustaining, supportive environment in which you can discuss your concerns in confidence and work towards change.
