How do I contact Confide?
Call us on 01243 531914 within the hours below and give your name and a telephone number to the Receptionist, who will arrange for a counsellor to contact you.
Counselling hours are from;
- 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.
- Mondays to Fridays.
- Please be aware we do not make home visits. If you are housebound and wish to see a counsellor, please contact SAGE Counselling Service on 01243 785684.
