Our own experience and research evidence1 strongly indicates that counselling does work.

For a wide range of types of psychological distress, both subjective client reports and more objective measurements indicate that counselling and psychotherapy are effective, both in the short term and over longer time periods.

There are no absolute criteria for who may be suited to counselling, but if you are committed to dealing with difficulties that are holding you back in life then the counsellors at Confide look forward to working with you to help achieve your goals.
