Confide Counselling Service serves the Chichester and Bognor Regis areas. We are a member agency of the British Association of Counselling and Psychotherapy and abide by its ethical framework.

Confide was initially established by the Methodist church in Chichester and Bognor Regis in 1985 and is now
an independent charity supported by a number of churches and also other statuary and voluntary bodies.

The service is open to people of any faith or none with emotional, spiritual or psychological problems.

***Confide during the Covid-19 Pandemic***

In these times of uncertainty and suffering, you may feel isolated and anxious. Many relationships are under strain. You do not have to be alone with these feelings. This may be the time to work through some difficulties.

We have always worked face-to-face with clients, but as the Covid-19 virus is on the move again, we will be offering counselling by telephone or online for at least the next six months.

Over the period of lockdown our counsellors have received enhanced training and are now experienced in these ways of working. Clients report that it has been a good experience and that they have benefited.

If you are uncertain about these forms of counselling, we would recommend that you try it and make the experiment, without feeling obliged to continue if it does not suit you.

CONFIDE is very much open for business.
